This Deed of Covenant dated 1999 is made
between:
(1) WINCHFIELD COURT RESIDENTS LIMITED whose registered office is situate at 14 Winchfield Court, Pale Lane, Winchfield, Hampshire ("the Company")
(2) and of
WHEREAS
(A) By an Agreement (“the Agreement") dated 1lth August 1994 made between
WINCHFIELD COURT RESIDENTS LIMITED (1) and that parties set out in the First Schedule to the Agreement (2)
entered into a covenant with the Company that upon a transfer of Winchfield Court, Pale Lane, Winchfield, Hampshire("the Property") would ensure that the new registered proprietors of the Property would enter into covenants and obligations with the Company in the form of those contained at clause 2 and the Third Schedule of the Agreement
(B) By a Transfer dated 199 (“the Transfer") the
Property was transferred to the Purchasers
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH that the Purchasers hereby jointly and severally covenant with the Company as from the date of the Transfer that the Purchasers will observe and perform the covenants and conditions contained in clause 2 and the Third Schedule of the Agreement
IN WITNESS whereof the Purchasers have executed this instrument as a Deed the day in year first before written.
